Warranty Coverage

AGM Global Vision thermal products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. This warranty is intended to cover failures caused by manufacturer defects that prevent or impede normal operation of the device.

If a defect arises during the applicable warranty period, AGM will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

Warranty Coverage Period:

All AGM thermal units purchased on or after January 1, 2024 are covered by a Five (5) Year Transferrable Warranty.

All AGM Digital optics and analog night vision devices are covered by a three (3) year warranty. This applies to non-thermal digital units as well as analog night vision systems.

Warranty coverage begins on the date the product is originally purchased by the end user from AGM or an authorized AGM dealer. Proof of purchase may be required if a question arises regarding the warranty start date.

Batteries are warrantied for 1 year from date of purchase. **

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors or misuse, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental damage such as dropping, impact, crushing, or abuse
  • Damage from being run over or subjected to excessive force
  • Fire, flooding, or other natural disasters
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs (including painting or cerakoting)
  • Improper storage, improper maintenance, or misuse
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance

This warranty applies only to manufacturer defects and does not cover damage resulting from neglect, accidents, or other external causes.

AGM maintains in-house service and repair capabilities to ensure fast turnaround times on qualifying warranty claims.
